**ADP** is hiring a **Sr. Lead Analytical Data Engineer** for our HR Outsourcing (HRO) Data and Analytics organization. The **Sr. Lead Analytical Data Engineer** will play a key role in growing our analytics engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business requirements. We seek a self-motivated, analytical professional who can act as both a player and a coach across multiple workstreams. The role requires strong technical skills and a passion for data and analytics, with leadership responsibilities for the team.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in computer science, engineering, business, statistics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, engineering, and project management.
• 3+ years in a matrix organization with product/pod leadership.
• Deep experience with ETL, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, and managing data solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills leveraging data and business insights.
• Hands-on experience with DataBricks, Hadoop, Spark, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in building data pipelines with tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Expertise in data mining, data warehousing, and extracting insights.
• Mastery in Pyspark, SQL, and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in DataBricks and Spark fundamentals.
• AWS certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in framework development, logging, and monitoring.
• Programming skills in UNIX and Python.
• Knowledge of software best practices, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
• Experience with various data storage solutions, including RDBMS, Hive, HBase, NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience as a data solutions architect is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud database technologies and advanced PySpark skills.
