Proficiency in the use of EVOS brightfield and fluorescence microscopy is required to evaluate cell morphology, confluency, and marker expression.

In addition, the Senior Specialist supports product distribution activities by preparing Certificates of Analysis (COAs), shipment manifests, and order documentation for iPSC distribution requests through the Jira ticketing system. The position also contributes to inventory management, reagent and supply tracking, equipment monitoring, daily equipment log maintenance, and overall compliance with laboratory quality and operational requirements. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory excellence are essential for success in this role.
