About The Job

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Kyriba Treasury & Payments Consultant to join our team. In this senior-level, client-facing role, you will leverage deep functional and technical expertise in Kyriba TMS implementation – to help win new Kyriba projects and deliver treasury transformation solutions for our clients. In this role you will contribute in-depth treasury system assessments and due diligence for prospective clients, and design comprehensive implementation roadmaps that align Kyriba’s capabilities with client needs. In addition to pre‑sales support, you will provide strategic consulting and advisory services during project delivery. Drawing on your strong functional and technical expertise across Kyriba’s modules (including Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity, Bank Connectivity, etc.), you will craft solution designs and implementation strategies that address complex treasury, payments, risk and working capital requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre‑Sales & Proposal Support: Collaborate with Capgemini pursuit teams to drive the sales cycle for Kyriba opportunities.
  • Client Assessments & Due Diligence: Lead or support treasury technology assessments and due diligence for prospective clients, evaluating their current treasury processes, systems, and bank structures.
  • Implementation Strategy & Roadmap Design: Develop comprehensive Kyriba implementation roadmaps and solution blueprints for new projects, outlining the overall implementation approach (phased rollouts, integration strategy, resource plan), key milestones, and timelines.
  • Solution Design & Blueprint Creation: Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops with client treasury and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and Kyriba solution architecture.
  • Payment Workflow & Treasury Process Optimization: Design and optimise payment workflows and cash management processes in Kyriba.
  • Integration & Connectivity: Ensure robust integration of Kyriba with external systems and banks. Provide guidance on setting up and optimising bank connectivity (SWIFT network, Host‑to‑Host connections, APIs) and on integrating Kyriba with ERP systems like SAP Oracle and SAP for seamless data flow.
Knowledge Required
  • Hands on Kyriba Treasury & Payments Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Kyriba Treasury Management System, including a deep understanding of core modules such as Payments, Cash Management & Forecasting, Liquidity management, Bank Account Management and Bank Connectivity. (Experience with Kyriba’s Risk Management and Working Capital modules is an added plus for this role.)
  • Functional & Technical Expertise: Strong functional treasury knowledge in Kyriba products, combined with technical skills in system configuration, integrations, file formats, and end‑to‑end solution delivery.
  • Treasury Operations Expertise: In‑depth understanding of corporate treasury operations and processes, including cash positioning and forecasting, liquidity planning, payment processing, bank account structures, treasury accounting, and financial risk management fundamentals.
  • Global Payment Standards: Familiarity with global payment formats and standards (such as SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, ACH, SEPA) and how to configure these in Kyriba to meet various bank and regulatory requirements.
  • Bank Connectivity & Integration: Solid understanding of bank connectivity protocols (SWIFT Alliance, EBICS, Host‑to‑Host connections, real‑time APIs, SFTP transmissions) and experience establishing secure bank connections through Kyriba’s Connectivity Hub.
  • Banking & Insurance TMS / Payments Implementation: Hands‑on experience delivering TMS and payment implementations for Banking and Insurance clients, including end‑to‑end delivery and regulatory alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong ability to engage cross‑functional stakeholders, facilitate effective workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions to drive alignment and decision‑making.
Education Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A relevant master’s degree or MBA would be a plus.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications would be a plus, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and/or Kyriba‑specific certifications.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or treasury consulting, including at least 4+ years of direct Kyriba TMS techno‑functional implementation experience.
  • Availability: Ability to commit to a part‑time schedule (4‑8 hours per day) in US.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the banking and/or insurance sectors is highly desirable, as it provides valuable context for typical treasury processes and regulatory environments in these industries.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $62.29 /hour – $97.32 /hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
