Qualifications

• • Expert Java Development: 8-10 years of deep back-end Java experience.
• • AWS Cloud Native: 3+ years minimum using CloudFormation, ECS Clusters, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and IAM roles.
• • Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices and Event-driven patterns.
• • Databases: Proficiency in both Relational (MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/Cassandra/Mongo).
• • DevOps/CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins pipelines.

Job Duties

• • Design, code, test, and debug high-complexity back-end programs. Perform system administration and integration for "purchased " vs "built " solutions.
• • Provide project management and technical guidance to junior team members; conduct PR reviews.
• • Active participation in Scrum (Daily Standups, Grooming, Retros, and Demos).
