Job summary

Info Origin Inc in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sr. IT Business Analyst for a hybrid, contract role. You will analyze business needs and participate in planning, design and implementation of systems, serving as SME for KOALA and coordinating with CCS, Legal/CRC and vendors.

• Under general supervision, analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems.
• The Senior Business Analyst for KOALA is responsible for analyzing business needs and supporting the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems for the client. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for KOALA, providing guidance to Child Care Services (CCS), Legal/CRC units, the client application development team, and third-party vendors. The position also supports KOALA production activities, enhancements, and testing.
