Job summary

Aegon is seeking an IT Audit professional to lead and document complex audit and consulting projects, assessing risk and advising on internal controls. You will evaluate security configurations and IT operations while collaborating with management and external auditors.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a solid foundation in IT risk, controls, and governance. Certification expertise is preferred."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science or business degree with computing experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of IT audit experience.
• Knowledge and experience in IT, including distributed computing, IT security, system development, computer operations, business continuity management and disaster recovery, application software, telecommunications and IT risk assessment.
• Proven communication skills, orally and in writing, to work with all levels in the company.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to perform in an advisory capacity and lead/coach staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Proficiency using MS Office tools.

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or related certification.
