Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr ISR SME to support Joint Staff J6 activities focused on interoperability assurance and validation. The role centers on ISR planning, analysis, and stakeholder briefings to strengthen mission partner information-sharing initiatives.

The position requires extensive ISR experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and deep knowledge of U.S. and coalition intelligence cycles, with responsibilities spanning analysis, reporting, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years supporting military operational activities; minimum 10 years ISR experience.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility is required.
• Expert knowledge of DOW and national intelligence organizations, authorities, and capabilities.
• Expert understanding of joint intelligence cycles.
• Experience analyzing multi-source intelligence to assess threats, support mission planning, and support decision-making.
• Experience in at least five ISR phases: Planning/Tasking, Collection Methods and Management, Processing/Exploitation, Analysis/Production, and Dissemination.

Responsibilities

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr ISR SME to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of ISR-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise.
• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.

• Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
