- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree desirable.
- 7+ years’ experience in project management and industrialization.
- Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials).
- Strong Lean and Six Sigma mindset.

- Lead complex projects and programs in regulated environments, including teams, strategy, planning, and execution.
- Represent ISC on platform/business teams connected to business units, supply chain and plants.
- Own launch timing milestones, vertical start-up, risks, and deliverables.
- Address operations issues with cost, quality, supply, revenue, asset utilization and strategic impact; act globally across plants.
- Support end-to-end Long-Term Capacity Planning, assessing future demand and capacity needs.
- Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve program cost, schedule or product performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements (ISO, GMP).
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

As part of the Integrated Supply Chain organization, this role acts as a project leader for multiple complex projects and programs, leading a cross functional team of R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Manufacturing, ISC Engineering (i.e., GIE), Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain, ensuring robust, compliant, and on-time equipment launches aligned with business and customer requirements.
The Sr. ISC Program Manager - SA, is responsible for the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing capacity from planning through to full-scale production. As part of the Integrated Supply Chain organization, this role acts as a project leader for multiple complex projects and programs, leading a cross functional team of R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Manufacturing, ISC Engineering (i.e., GIE), Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain, ensuring robust, compliant, and on‑time equipment launches aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Responsible for leading complex projects and programs in regulated environments, including their teams, strategy, planning, and execution, through the application of standard methodologies and policies.
- Represent ISC on multiple platform/business teams connected to the respective business unit teams, supply chain and plants.
- Own launch timing milestones, vertical start‑up, risks, and deliverables.
- Address key operations issues that have cost, quality, supply, revenue, asset utilization and/or strategic impacts. Acts globally working across mfg. sites. Advocate for the plants.
- Support end-to‑end Long‑Term Capacity Planning, assessing future global and regional demand, utilization, and capacity needs.
- Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks.
- Identify and exploit opportunities to improve program cost, schedule or product performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP where applicable).
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.7+ years’ experience in project management and industrialization.
- Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments. Experience across multiple disciplines preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials) is a strong plus.
- Strong Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement mindset.
- End‑to‑end project leadership, PMP preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning
- Risk‑based thinking and decision‑making under ambiguity
