Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Engineer to join its IAM team within the Information Security department. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, integrate, and deploy Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for geographically dispersed business units for the SailPoint IIQ solution. This role involves working on development, enhancement, and onboarding projects to support LPL’s business ventures. The role requires collaboration with IAM application developers, vendors, scrum masters, and stakeholders. It is a technical, hands-on position.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate IIQ solution with in-house and third-party applications for provisioning, access requests, workflows, etc.
• Architect, implement, and engineer IAM solutions using IIQ technology.
• Manage and administer IdentityIQ, including onboarding, enhancements, and security improvements.
• Design and develop provisioning/de-provisioning workflows for various systems.
• Configure adapters and connectors for account management.
• Collaborate with business teams on User Lifecycle Management requirements.
• Configure access control roles to ensure SOX compliance.
• Perform after-hours work for escalations, system upgrades, and deployments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• At least 4 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ solutions, including UI, connectors, debugging, provisioning, and configurations.
• At least 4 years of programming experience in Java, middleware (web services, SOAP/XML, REST), SQL, Active Directory, LDAP.
• Experience managing complex directory services and IAM environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate solutions effectively.

Preferences:

• Relevant security and IAM certifications (e.g., J2EE, CISSP).
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Scripting skills (Shell, Perl), LDAP API interfacing.
• Experience with access workflows and provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and JIRA.

Pay Range:
