Job summary

The role collaborates with clinical leadership, nursing, quality, employee health, and regulatory agencies to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, compliance, and organizational standards. The Sr. Manager serves as a subject matter expert in infection prevention practices, surveillance, outbreak management, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives. **Essential Functions*** JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES: Demonstrates the technical/professional knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the successful operations of the department including, where applicable, age specific competency. \\* 1.
