Joyson Safety Systems busca un Sr. IMS Buyer para dirigir la compra indirecta y gestionar el ciclo de vida de adquisiciones para categorías de servicios indirectos.

Colaborará con socios internos para alinear las estrategias de compra con objetivos financieros y mitigar riesgos comerciales. Se encargará de contratos no productivos como IT, instalaciones y HR services, liderando compras estratégicas, negociando acuerdos de alto valor y optimizando el rendimiento de proveedores para lograr

Responsibilities

• Liderar la compra indirecta y gestionar el ciclo de vida de adquisiciones para categorías de servicio indirecto.
• Gestionar contratos no productivos (IT, instalaciones, HR services y servicios profesionales) y liderar compras estratégicas.
• Negociar acuerdos de alto valor y optimizar el rendimiento de los proveedores para impulsar la eficiencia de costos.

Job Summary

Indirect Senior Buyer – Leads indirect purchasing commodity the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for assigned indirect service categories. This role collaborates with internal business partners to align purchasing strategies with corporate financial goals while mitigating commercial risk.

Manage non-production contracts and operational spend—such as IT consulting, facilities, HR services, and other professional services. Lead strategic sourcing, negotiate high-value agreements, and optimize supplier performance to drive cost efficiency.
