Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Sr. IAM Operations Engineer for Capital One. This hybrid role, based in Plano, TX (with McLean, VA and Richmond, VA locations cited), is a 12-month contract with strong extension or conversion prospects.

You will support IAM operations, automation, and production reliability across AWS environments. The engineer will drive infrastructure rehydrations via CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure secure, scalable authentication services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM operations and authentication systems.

• Proficient in monitoring/logging with Splunk and production support.

Role Overview

This is an operations-focused Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role supporting Capital One's Authentication Stack team.
