This role focuses on designing and implementing IAM programs, building automations and controls for identity lifecycle management, and coordinating platform migrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.Key Responsibilities* Build automations and controls that make identity lifecycle management repeatable at scale.* Coordinate migrations across platforms including GitLab, Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.* Collaborate with legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support IAM initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment.* Understand identity lifecycle management end to end, including how access is requested, approved, provisioned, governed, and revoked.* Think through the downstream consequences of identity changes before implementation.* Communicate clearly, surface issues early, and drive decisions without creating friction.* Fully document strategy and detailed requirements.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM programs from strategy through production.**Technical Skills:** Practical experience with Okta, including Workflows, directory configuration, and MFA policy is required.
