As a Sr HVAC Technician at JLL, you'll play a critical role in maintaining optimal building performance and creating comfortable, efficient environments for our clients. This position combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, where you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across commercial facilities. You'll serve as a technical resource for junior technicians, sharing knowledge and helping to build a team where everyone is empowered to thrive. Location: San Jose, CA (main location; once a week travel to another site approximately 20 minutes commute). On‑site.
Work Shift: M‑F, 7 am to 4 pm, or 8 am to 5 pm

79,000.00 – 114,700.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
