We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who resides within a reasonable commuting distance (Ideal is approximately 1–2 hours) of our New Berlin, NY office. Although we hire in multiple states, this position requires occasional onsite interaction with leaders and employees, making proximity to the office an important consideration.

About the Role: The Senior HR Business Partner - Talent Development is a key strategic advisor responsible for aligning talent development, organizational effectiveness, and people strategies with business objectives. This role partners closely with leaders to build leadership capability, develop talent pipelines, drive succession planning, support organizational transformation initiatives and workforce readiness. You will also partner with leaders to support performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring people practices are aligned with business objectives and organizational values. This role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong business acumen, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive both organizational success and employee growth.

The base pay range for this position is $92,500-$135,000 per year paid on a salaried basis. The rate offered to any candidate will be reflective of the candidate’s experience and any relevant education, certification, or qualifications related to their ability to perform the responsibilities of this position as permitted by law.
