KBR is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist (Contingent) to implement HSE policies and ensure compliance with AR 385-10, OSHA CFRs, and client requirements for TACOM programs. The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) sustains the Army’s mission to develop, acquire, field, and sustain ground combat, tactical, and support systems throughout their lifecycle. The program focuses on ensuring operational readiness, reliability, and safety of automotive and ground support equipment critical to Army operations.
Under this contract, personnel provide maintenance, repair, overhaul, and sustainment support in accordance with Army technical manuals, safety standards, and performance requirements.
As a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist you will be implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. Your responsibilities will include incident investigations and reports, inspections, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards in alignment with client, federal, state, and local regulations, as well as KBR policies and procedures. You will engage with various stakeholders, including services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, interpreting standards, codes, and regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of KBR values, systems, and standards, facilitating the collection and analysis of HSE statistics.
