You'll lead a high‑performing HR team, implementing strategies across employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Success demands strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive scalable solutions across sites and regions.

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, high‑judgment leader responsible for delivering operational excellence and scalable PXT impact across the most complex sites. They translate enterprise people strategies into site execution, strengthen leadership capability, and drive systemic improvements in culture, performance, and risk.

You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, ensuring personal connection and hands‑on leadership where needed.
