Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Planner to own and optimize multi-region planning.

You’ll lead global risk assessments, drive demand and capacity integration, and provide decision-ready recommendations to senior leaders. This role requires 5+ years in supply planning, advanced Excel and AI skills, and SAP ERP experience. Office is onsite in Broomfield with flexible persona options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle global supply risk assessments within the S&OP process.
  • Identify shortages and capacity constraints; define mitigation plans.
  • Provide recommendations on regional supply prioritization across regions.
  • Lead the global supply chain forecast by integrating demand, capacity and forward requirements.
  • Translate forecast changes into factory and commercial implications.
  • Evaluate impacts on raw material investments, contracts and PO exposure.
  • Lead raw material planning and governance for pre-buys and shortages.
  • Lead finished goods prebuild planning including quantities and timing.
  • Drive decision support for finished goods contracts with factories.
  • Escalate risks with clear recommendations and options.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across global planning.
  • Partner with IT and regional teams to strengthen visibility and standardization.
  • Serve as global SME for o9 Supply & Inventory Planning capabilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle global supply risk assessments and supply reviews as part of the S&OP process, ensuring risks, decisions, and trade-offs are clearly surfaced and governed
  • Drive proactive identification of supply shortages, capacity constraints, material risks, and factory commitment gaps, partnering cross-functionally to define mitigation plans and escalation paths
  • Provide recommendations on supply prioritization and regional prioritization decisions across all regions
  • Lead the development of the global supply chain forecast by integrating regional demand signals, capacity inputs, and forward supply requirements
  • Translate month-over-month supply forecast changes into clear factory and commercial implications, risks, and recommendations
  • Evaluate impacts of supply forecast changes on raw material investments, contracts, pre-buys, prebuilds, PO exposure, and factory capacity commitments
  • Lead raw material planning and approval governance in partnership with Production, Global Demand Planning, Sourcing, and regional planning teams to assess and drive recommendations for pre-buys, shortages and raw material exposure
  • Lead cross-functional evaluation of finished goods prebuild needs, including recommended quantities, timing, factory placement, inventory exposure, and demand impact
  • Drive decision support for finished goods contract placement with factories based on demand signals, capacity availability, lead times, supply risk, and inventory implications
  • Escalate risks related to prebuilds, demand changes, excess inventory exposure, and factory capacity trade-offs with clear recommendations and decision options
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global supply planning and related support functions in partnership with the global Center of Excellence
  • Partner with IT, Planning Operations, the Center of Excellence, and Regional Supply Planning teams to drive process standardization, AI adoption/usage, and system change management to strengthen global visibility, supply planning process and decision support
  • Serve as the global SME and process owner for o9 Supply & Inventory Planning capabilities, ensuring system outputs support supply planning processes
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, production planning, materials planning, S&OP, or related supply chain leadership roles
  • Advanced Excel and AI skills required; experience with SAP ERP and advanced planning systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global or multi-region planning processes, drive governance, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, production, factory execution, raw material planning, capacity management, and purchase order processes
  • Experience leading S&OP inputs, supply risk reviews, prebuild planning, raw material investment decisions, or executive decision support
  • Ability to analyze supply, demand, inventory, capacity, and material data and translate findings into clear business implications, decision options, and recommendations
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex planning topics and create decision-ready materials for senior leaders
  • Experience building scalable planning processes, improving process discipline, and standardizing tools or reporting across teams

Title:Sr. Global Supply Planner

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
