The Opportunity

The Senior Global Clinical Operations Manager, US & CAN will support and strengthen strategic partnerships with fertility clinics across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you’ll manage a defined portion of Carrot’s provider network with increasing autonomy, build strong clinic relationships, support contract and rate negotiations, and help resolve partner escalations with thoughtfulness and speed. You’ll bring a strong understanding of fertility clinic and adjacent operations, patient journeys, and provider workflows to improve both partner performance and the member experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and strategy. You’ll use data, partner insights, and market context to shape recommendations, improve workflows, and help Carrot scale a high-performing provider network across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Own

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a defined portion of Carrot’s provider network, building and maintaining strong relationships across assigned clinics, networks, and geographies.
  • Participate in provider contract negotiations and rate discussions, independently handling portions of negotiations and escalating when appropriate.
  • Support provider escalations and complex issue resolution to drive timely, thoughtful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and elevate partnership-related risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact member experience, revenue, or strategic priorities.
  • Define, track, and analyze partnership and network KPIs, including contract progression, coverage expansion, provider utilization, outcomes requests, and partner performance.
  • Synthesize data, partner feedback, and market trends into clear recommendations and internal readouts that support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows, partnership processes, and the end-to-end member experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, templates, tooling, and execution processes that support scalable partnership management and contracting.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of partnership data, documentation, and deal status across core systems and internal knowledge bases.
What Success Looks Like

In your first 12–18 months, you will have:

  • Built trusted relationships across your assigned provider network and become a reliable point of contact for clinic partners.
  • Advanced contract and rate discussions effectively, using sound judgment on when to drive independently and when to advance.
  • Improved the speed and quality of provider issue resolution while helping reduce friction for internal teams and external partners.
  • Established strong visibility into network and partnership KPIs and used those insights to inform prioritization and decision‑making.
  • Identified and implemented process improvements that make partnership management, contracting, and documentation more scalable.
  • Maintained high‑quality partnership data and documentation across CRM, trackers, and knowledge systems.
  • Contributed clear, actionable recommendations that improve provider performance, network coverage, and member experience.
About You

You likely have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or a related role with relationship management and negotiation exposure.
  • A demonstrated understanding of fertility clinic practices, patient journeys, and office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, particularly within fertility care.
  • Experience participating in contract and rate negotiations, including the ability to manage difficult conversations and escalating appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information clearly and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience using CRM or tracking tools such as Salesforce or Airtable to manage partnerships and clinic data.
  • The ability to work effectively in a remote environment while leveraging in‑person opportunities such as conferences and off‑sites.
Nice to Have

While not required, we would be especially excited if you bring:

  • Prior experience working in the fertility industry or in a healthcare provider setting.
  • Proficiency in business tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, and Jira.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
