Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to help define GTM strategies using generative AI and to design scalable cloud architectures for complex customer challenges.

As part of the AWS Specialist Solutions Architect team, you will influence feature development, share best practices publicly, and collaborate with Business Development to craft technically strong GTM concepts and enablement materials.

Qualifications

AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization, SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. Basic Qualifications


  • 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

  • 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

  • 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience



Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience

  • 3+ years of strong hands‑on experience in technical consulting and experience with at least one Programming language such as .NET, Java, Python with solid foundations in software development and system design

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
