Job summary

As part of an Agile Scrum team, you will collaborate closely with product and client teams, focusing on integrating systems with partners. Fullstack engineers must have 6+ years of experience in Node.js, React, and TypeScript, along with experience in PostgreSQL and Docker.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated fullstack software engineer to join our customer's engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and developing new application features while maintaining existing technology.

You will be working closely with crossfunctional teams, including Product, Client teams, and other Engineering teams, to deliver solutions primarily focused on our customer's systems integrations with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design,develop,andmaintainnewapplicationfeatureswhileensuringexistingfunctionalityremainsrobustandwell-tested.
• Writeefficientandmaintainablecodewithcomprehensivetestcoverage,collaboratingwithQAengineerstotestfeaturesandautomatetesting.
• Co-deliverandvalidateintegratedtechnologysolutionswiththeclientandpartnertechnologyteammembers
• CollaboratewithinanAgileScrumteam,engaginginsprintplanning,dailystandups,backlogrefinement,andsprintreviews.
• Developadeepunderstandingofourcustomer'ssoftwareandparticipateactivelyincodereviewsanddesigndiscussions,providingconstructivefeedbackandsuggestingtechnologyandprocessenhancements.
• PartnerwithProductteammembers,DevOpsengineers,andInfoSecprofessionalstoaligndevelopmenteffortswithbusinessgoals.

Technical Skills

• 6+yearsofexperienceinNode.js,React,andTypeScript.
• 6+yearsofexperiencewithPostgreSQLorsimilarrelationaldatabases.
• Provenexperienceinoptimizingperformance,scalingapplications,andimprovingdatabaseefficiency(e.g.,queryoptimization,indexingstrategies,anddatabaseperformancetuning).
• Experienceimplementingandoperatingcachinglayers(e.g.,Redis).
• ExperiencewithAPIdevelopmentandexternalsystemintegrations.
• ExperienceworkinginaCloudEnvironment,suchasAWS,GCP,orAzure.
• DemonstratedunderstandingofGraphQLand/orRESTfulAPIdesign.
• Hands-onexperiencewithDockerandKubernetes.
• Knowledgeofevent-drivenarchitecturepatterns(Kafkaorsimilar).
