Dewpoint is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer specialized in AI-assisted development to join our team on-site in Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to leverage AI coding assistants to boost code quality and delivery timelines. The role requires hands-on expertise across Core Java, Java EE, RESTful microservices, Angular/TypeScript/Node.js, HTML/CSS, and JVM performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, debugging and optimization.
• Ability to write, refine and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks.
• Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance and security.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Java EE with RESTful microservices (Jersey).
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and Oracle Database expertise.
• Frontend stack includes Angular/TypeScript/Node.js and HTML/CSS.
• Deep understanding of the JVM and performance profiling.

Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer - AI Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.

In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency for leveraging AI assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and delivery production-ready code.
