Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Frontier Engineer with a multi-disciplinary AI background (engineering, data, infrastructure) to design and govern agentic systems and lead domain-level AI architecture.

You will work on building AI agent environments, validation pipelines, policy enforcement, security gates, self-healing workflows, benchmarks, and auditability to ensure a reliable AI skills ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Multi-disciplinary AI engineering background (engineering, data, infrastructure).
• Experience designing and governing agentic systems and leading AI architecture.

The Frontier Engineer needs to have a multi-disciplined skill profile (engineering, data, infrastructure) and experience designing and governing agentic systems, leading domain-level AI architecture, setting technical standards for AI-embedded platforms, or providing principal-level technical advisory to delivery teams and clients are eligible to apply. The selected candidate will be expected to work on some of the following activities:

• Build AI agent/skills execution environments
• Create validation pipelines
• Implement policy enforcement
• Configure security/compliance gates
• Create feedback loops for self-healing AI workflows
• Manage benchmarks and golden datasets
• Provide auditability and observability
• Ensure reliability of the overall AI skills ecosystem

• Built and hardened harnesses in Windsurf and Claude Code
• Artificial Intelligence , Commercial Gen AI
• Experience with legacy, Brownfield, and regulatory projects
• Required pure plan AI skills to build and support the Harness Hardening and create specific agents
• Expertise in:
