Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in Boston, MA is seeking a Fraud Analyst to detect and prevent fraud across project-related ticketing networks. You will monitor daily activity, investigate cases, and configure fraud-detection systems while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/legal/technology and at least five years' fraud management or business analysis experience, plus knowledge of payment processing, SAS/SQL, and PCI DSS.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Regularly review and improve control processes and procedures.

Job Summary:

The Fraud Analyst is responsible for detecting and preventing fraud across assigned project-related ticketing networks. They conduct daily monitoring activities, investigate cases of actual or suspected fraud, and implement processes to prevent fraudulent activity while minimizing false positives and customer impact. The mission is to maximize revenue channels' profitability while minimizing fraud risk. The position requires discretionary decision-making authority.

Cubic Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $88,000.00 + benefits.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
