This role partners with senior management to develop, evaluate investment theses, and monitor value realization from strategic initiatives, delivering executive-level presentations and detailed analyses to drive long-term value creation.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager,you’llsupport the Corporate FP&A function and Transformation Office, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
Support the planning, management, and continuous development of the enterprise-wide corporate annual and long-range planning processes to enable strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
Synthesize plans and results from multiple business units and segments.Identifypast and future business drivers and trends. Redefine insights into actions with Masco’s Executive Committee.
Develop and carry out tools and analysis to assess current and future financial and operational performancerelativeto prior year, plan, and forecast to support strategic business decisions.
Provide analysis and insight to support executive management decision making including preparing management presentations, board presentations, financial presentations, and industry/peer competitive analysis.
Transformation Office
Work closely alongside the Transformation Finance Director as a strategic finance partner, leading important transformation initiatives that support the company’s growth strategy and long-term value creation.
Partner with corporate and business unit leadership to develop, evaluate, and challenge arguments, ensuring alignment with strategicobjectivesand financial targets.
Lead monitoring and reporting of value realization efforts, including measurement of financial and operational outcomes, benefits attainment, and overall impact of strategic transformation activities.
Develop executive-level presentations and communication materials that clearly articulatetransformationprogress, risks, opportunities, and encouraged business outcomes.
Contribute to the development and assessment of investment theses and strategic recommendations for major enterprise initiatives through financial modeling, portfolio analysis, scenario planning, and risk evaluation.
Skills and Abilities
ABachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, isrequired.
Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience.
Effective communication with various functional areas and at all levels of management.
Consistenttrack recordto handle confidential information and build relationships with C-suite executives, earning their respect and becoming a trusted advisor.
Strong collaboration abilitiesdemonstratedby successfully working alongside a diverse group and forming connections with various business units.
Strong analytical skills witha proficiencyin financial analysis; ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
Established skill in arranging and managing several tasks at once along with operating independently.
Financial modeling experience preferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPointrequired.
Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred.

Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD
