Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to deliver advanced financial analysis, reporting, and insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.

This role leads reporting cycles, variance analysis, forecasting support, job cost oversight, audit readiness, and process improvements across corporate and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, 3-6+ years FP&A experience, and proficiency in Excel, PVault, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3-6+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• CPA or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Viewpoint, PVault.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting.
• Produce variance, trend analyses and management summaries.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and shared services to drive performance.
• Support quarterly packages and audit readiness.
• Research financial inquiries with data-driven responses.
• Maintain process documentation for financial/workflow.
• Monitor P&L vs budget and highlight variances to leadership.
• Attend FP&A and leadership meetings.
• Travel 0-25% for corporate initiatives.
• Protect financial integrity and PSC objectives.

Job Overview:

Sr. FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst delivers advanced financial analysis, business insights, and financial reporting support to guide strategic and operational decisions. This role leadsreportingcycles, variance analysis, forecasting support, job cost oversight, audit readiness, and process improvements across corporate and operational stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead monthly,quarterlyand annualconsolidatedfinancial reporting
• Support and produce detailed variance, trend,analysisand financial summaries for management review
• Partner with corporate FP&A, Financial Operations, Segment CFO, operations, projectaccountingand shared services to drive performance
• Support quarterly reporting packages and provide audit support
• Research financial and accounting inquiries with clear, data-driven responses
• Support,maintainand enhance process documentation for financial and system workflows
• Support andmonitorconsolidatedP&L performance against budget, financial walks, and highlight variances to leadership and project teams.
• Attend FP&A in weekly, monthly, and executive leadership meetings
• May at times travel to support periodic corporate FP&A or Segment CFO initiatives, including potential travel as needed
• It is also an expectation that the Sr. FP&A Analyst will look after andoperatein the best interest of PSC, protecting financial integrity and company objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or global equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Project Management
• 3-6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance. Preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Generation
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is a strong asset
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Viewpoint,PVault, and document control platforms
• Comfortable learning new software and financial systems
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and job costing fundamentals
• Strong communicationskills with ability to engage employees and stakeholders
• Good organizational and time-management skills; meets deliverable deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Travel tolerance: 0-25%, including field/office mobility and variable site conditions
