Michelin Connected Fleet is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst (SG&A) to join our North America team. You will lead forward-looking projections, build robust financial models, and partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR to steer the business.

The Sr. FP&A Analyst (SG&A) will report directly to the Director of Controlling and Reporting at Michelin Connected Fleet North America.
What You’ll Do
Develop Forward-Looking Projections: Lead workstreams and financial modeling to forecast MCF's annual performance during three forecast periods.
Support Business Steering: Develop financial reporting packages and analyses to ensure health of the business and budget, and understand implications to support agile steering.
Build Scalable Financial Processes: Build effective financial processes that surface accurate information consistently and with less effort every time.
Communicate Our Results: Collaborate with the Accounting team to interpret fluctuations against the budget and understand the sustainability of impact for the future.
Own, Interpret The Data: Be the “source of truth” for our financial data with a relentless desire for clarity and accuracy.
See The Field & Drive to Action: Isolate opportunities for forward-looking improvement in our costs and lead cross-functional workstreams to realize them.

The Ideal Candidate
Relevant Experience: 4-8 years of finance, accounting, or management consulting experience.
Educational Credentials: Accounting, Finance, or STEM degree.

Stays On Top of It: Organized and effectively manages their time in a fast-paced work environment
Data Oriented: Enjoys diving deep to make decisions rooted in data. Ability to easily see and plug data gaps and inconsistencies. Excel experience required. Prior experience in NetSuite and/or SQL strongly preferred.
Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple language. Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative work environment.
