Tata Consultancy Services in Santa Clara, CA seeks an experienced AI engineer to build prototypes, integrations, and solution accelerators using cloud and API technologies. The role focuses on Gemini APIs, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud, with 3–5 years of AI experience and a total 5–7 years in engineering.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years total experience, including 3 to 5 years AI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong hands-on engineering with prototypes/integrations/accelerators using cloud and API-based tech.
• Experience with Gemini APIs, Vertex AI, Google Cloud, prompt engineering or similar AI environments.
• Ability to develop agentic workflows, lightweight integrations, and multi-modal demos.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes, proofs of concept, and multi-modal demonstrations using Gemini APIs, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud.
• Develop agentic workflows and lightweight integrations to validate technical feasibility for customer scenarios.
• Own technical validation across deal cycles by translating Gemini Enterprise capabilities into prototype outcomes.
• Apply prompt engineering and Google Gemini ADK to improve prototype quality and business relevance.
• Translate prototype outcomes into value narratives to support decision-making.

• Apply prompt engineering and Google Gemini ADK to improve prototype quality, usability, and business relevance.

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 a year
