Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr Flutter Developer for a 12-month+ W2 contract. Role requires 5+ years of Flutter experience, strong Dart skills, and mobile app development for Android/iOS.

The position is hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite; Monday/Friday work from home) with a maximum pay rate of $60/hr W2 and no benefits. You will design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications and publish to stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS application development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, reusable, and efficient UI components.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Conduct unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay up to date with Flutter updates and emerging mobile technologies.
