Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking an FP&A professional to lead variance analysis, strategic financial initiative modeling, budgeting and trend analysis at the department and service line level.

You will partner with managers, corporate teams and business leaders to prepare accurate financial information while maintaining confidentiality across patient, employee and company data. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years in a financial/operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or closely-related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of progressive work experience in a financial/operational environment.
• Experience with database and decision support systems.
• Experience working in a multi-entity healthcare environment.
