What You’ll Do
  • Own financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, close, variance analysis, risks and opportunities, and investment tracking.

  • Partner across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing Insights, Go-to-Market, and Finance to improve alignment and decision-making.
  • Use AI, automation, and scalable reporting to simplify FP&A workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insights.
What you need to succeed
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Curiosity and initiative, with the ability to work through ambiguity and develop new approaches to problems.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows, with a desire to explore new ways AI can improve how Finance works.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, or automation tools such as Power BI or Power Automate is a plus; familiarity with SQL is preferred.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,300 -- $196,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 - $196,450 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
