Job Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting process for assigned business units

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own complex problem spaces and deliver clarity in ambiguous or fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle) preferred. As we are shifting to Google Cloud in 2027, expertise with Google Sheets will be considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and credibly to non‑financial leaders.
  • Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Self‑directed, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
