LKQ Corporation is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst - Business Partner to join our finance team. You will analyze financial and operational data, provide insights, and collaborate with the Commercial and Pricing teams to optimize profitability and strategic goals.

You will partner with Commercial and Pricing leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and strategies for profitable revenue growth, while supporting ad hoc projects and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting or owning a variety of functions including preparation, analysis, and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting. Also responsible for assisting in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, along with extensive ad hoc analysis.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Financial Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on business partnership with the Supply Chain, Commercial, and Pricing functions. As a Sr. Financial Analyst - Business Partner, you will play a key role in analyzing financial and operational data, providing insights, and collaborating with the Commercial and Pricing teams to optimize processes, profitability, and achieve strategic goals.

Essential Job Duties

• Partner with Commercial and Pricing leaders to build dashboards, analyze KPIs and develop strategies for profitable revenue growth.
• Recommend actions in pricing optimization, customer segmentation, competitive analytics, and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders to plan and implement strategic initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Not responsible for supervising employees.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
• Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.
