Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle.
• Experience with value-based care models and pay-vider organizations is highly desired.
• Experience with value-based care models and/or pay-for-vider organizations highly desired
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics and reporting to track performance.

• Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in Harbor Health’s financial strategy as we transform healthcare delivery across Austin and Texas. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing models, and providing actionable insights to support decision‑making across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality of care
