Job summary

Primanti Brothers is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with 2+ years of FP&A experience to join our team in a detail‑oriented finance role. You will analyze budgeting and forecasting, support department heads, and deliver regular performance and ad hoc reports.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, a solid grasp of financial statement impact, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating budgeting and forecasting procedures.
• Support operators in forecasting and budgeting their financial needs.
• Compare performance with budgets and forecasts and provide reporting to management.
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports for operations and scorecard results; consolidate statements.
• Publish weekly reports for commodity analysis, cash control, and card usage.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports on performance metrics.
• Utilize automated accounting systems and banking procedures.
• Recommend techniques to improve net revenue and reduce costs.

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2+ years of FP&A experience to join our team. TheFinancial Analystconducts quantitative analyses of information related to all aspects of the Brand with particular focus on finance, spending, Scorecard results, budgeting, and forecasting.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Assistsin the coordination of the organization’s budgeting and forecasting procedures and processes.
• Assists Operators in forecasting and budgeting their financial needs.
• Compares performance with operating budgets and forecasts,providesreportingand interprets the results to all levels of management.
• Assistsin preparation of Ad Hoc reporting for Operations,businessscorecard results, andconsolidatefinancial statements.
• Prepares weekly published reports for commodity analysis, cash control results, credit card usage control, and Flash Reporting.
• Preparesmonthly and quarterly published reportsregardingperformance metrics.
• Utilizes automated accounting systems banking procedures.
• Recommends and implements techniques to improve net revenue, increaseefficiencies, and reduce costs.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
• 2+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills - with hands-on experience building financial models exclusively in Excel..
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, with the ability to assess how transactions impact the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement holistically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data to both non-financial stakeholders and senior management.
• A comprehensive grasp of financial systems is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Operates in a clerical office setting while routinely using all standard office equipment.
• Largely asedentary role with some filing, lifting, bending,asappropriate.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
