TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc in Anderson is seeking a Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst in the BU Finance department for the Outdoor Power Equipment business.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP and/or HFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to articulate category product drivers and analyze pricing, product, and investment impacts.
• Present Product Managers business unit P&L variance analyses and explanations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide Month-End reporting insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and business value.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support insights and decision making.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to articulate category product drivers, and analyze pricing, product, and investment impacts
• Present Product Managers business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations
• Partner with business leaders to provide Month-End Reporting insights, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to support decision making
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and business value
• Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support financial insights and decision making

Requirements/Knowledge

• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis
• Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
• 3+ years' finance and accounting experience — preferably for a large corporation
• Experience leading/managing projects highly desired
• Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred
