Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to own Oracle Cloud Procurement to Pay implementations, configurations, and integrations with other corporate applications.

The role requires deep P2P lifecycle knowledge, Oracle Cloud/EBS experience, and strong collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant systems, improve data quality, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience relevant Oracle Procure to Pay Experience (EBS / Cloud).
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay Experience (At least one Implementation or production Support in Oracle Cloud).
Oracle EBS Procure to Pay Experience.
Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay Certification a plus.
Oracle Procurement Punchout Experience a plus.
Oracle Integrations to external systems like Concur.
Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
SQL, DBMS, and PowerBI reporting knowledge is a plus.
Experience with SaaS enterprise applications in gov grants/contracts.

Responsibilities

Establish strong working relationships with Finance, Procurement, Project teams, and key business partners.
Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements.
Serve as POC for procurement team's request for report enhancement and KPI data.
Gather and document business requirements; prioritize and deploy solutions.
Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and Change Requests through JIRA.
Lead cross-functional training events on ERP processes and platform changes.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to advise on new initiatives.
Support Confluence knowledge base and develop process diagrams and procedures.
Independently manage multiple initiatives with external support vendors.
Support quarterly Oracle upgrades with stakeholders and prepare documentation for CAB.
Continuously evaluate and refine applications for efficiency and scalability.

Senior Finance Systems Analyst

This position will support the Oracle Cloud Application and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert for Oracle Cloud Procurement and Procure‑to‑Pay processes. The successful candidate will possess deep experience with P2P cycles and ERP system functionality, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, integrations, and change management. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure system scalability, efficiency, data quality, and compliance

To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated deep knowledge of procure to pay lifecycles and experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum be very familiar with standard ERP process areas such as Procure to Pay.

Responsibilities

Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, Project teams, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage 'backlog' of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
Serve as POC for procurement team's request for report enhancement, process improvements, assist with KPI data
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and additional Change Requests through Terrapower JIRA ticketing system.
Lead recurring cross-functional training events on ERP processes, updates and newly implemented platform changes.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
Support Confluence Knowledge Base through creation and improvement of business system documents, processes diagrams and workflows flows and formal operating procedures written clearly and thoroughly, in addition to training others on the process.
Independently manage numerous concurrent initiatives, working collaboratively with external support vendor to develop, test and deploy system configuration and process improvements, while supporting administrative day-to-day tickets.
Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades and documents for the Change Advisory Board.
Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effectively, and scalable

Job Details:

TerraPower's technology is controlled for export by various agencies of the U.S. Government. Salary Range: $91,812 - $119,237

We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
