TerraPower is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to support Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS procurement-to-pay processes, with a strong emphasis on ERP improvements, data quality, and compliance. The role requires extensive experience with P2P cycles and collaboration across Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.

The candidate will manage ERP projects, drive process enhancements, and coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure scalable, efficient systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle Procure to Pay experience (EBS or Cloud).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud P2P experience (at least one implementation or production support).
• Oracle EBS P2P experience.
• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
• Oracle Cloud P2P certification a plus.

• Strong cross-functional communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, Project teams, and key business partners to ensure timely communication of integration projects to all stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements; manage backlog post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Serve as POC for procurement teams for report enhancement, process improvements, and KPI data.
• Gather and document business requirements; consult with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and Change Requests through TerraPower JIRA.
• Lead cross-functional training events on ERP processes and platform changes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives.
• Support Confluence Knowledge Base with process diagrams and SOPs, and train others.
• Independently manage concurrent initiatives with external support vendor for config and process improvements, and day-to-day tickets.
• Support quarterly Oracle upgrades with stakeholders and prepare documents for Change Advisory Board.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes for efficiency and scalability.

Senior Finance Systems Analyst

This position will support the Oracle Cloud Application and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications. The role serves as a subjectmatter expert for Oracle Cloud Procurement and ProcuretoPay processes. The successful candidate will possess deep experience with P2P cycles and ERP system functionality, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, integrations, and change management. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure system scalability, efficiency, data quality, and compliance

To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated deep knowledge of procure to pay lifecycles and experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum be very familiar with standard ERP process areas such as Procure to Pay.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, Project teams, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage backlog of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Serve as POC for procurement teams request for report enhancement, process improvements, assist with KPI data
• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and additional Change Requests through Terrapower JIRA ticketing system.
• Lead recurring cross-functional training events on ERP processes, updates and newly implemented platform changes.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
• Support Confluence Knowledge Base through creation and improvement of business system documents, processes diagrams and workflows flows and formal operating procedures written clearly and thoroughly, in addition to training others on the process.
• Independently manage numerous concurrent initiatives, working collaboratively with external support vendor to develop, test and deploy system configuration and process improvements, while supporting administrative day-to-day tickets.
• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades and documents for the Change Advisory Board.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effectively, and scalable

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience relevant Oracle Procure to Pay Experience (EBS / Cloud)

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• Oracle Cloud Procurement to Pay Experience (At least one Implementation or production Support in Oracle Cloud)
• Oracle EBS Procurement to Pay Experience

• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.

• Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay Certification a plus

Job Details:

Salary Range: $91,812 - $119,237

*We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individuals qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
