What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts
• Perform advanced trend and variance analyses, synthesizing data from various sources
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and updates to management
• Provide insights into business performance and develop potential action plans
• Lead process improvements and strategic initiatives within the finance function

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Strong strategic planning and financial operations background
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• MBA or CPA designation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with Oracle and UFIN Financial Reporting & Planning tools
• Proven success in conducting complex financial analyses
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
