Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Finance Transformation leader based in Atlanta to drive business-wide transformation initiatives, implement data-driven analytics, and optimize both variable and fixed costs. You will define P&L structures, lead SAP-related setups, and support the MOS framework with performance insights for executive leadership.

The role collaborates with global finance teams, reports to the Service leadership group, and requires close interaction with HBS & BA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BA SW finance transformation and work with cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
• Drive data-based predictive analytics and define leading/lagging indicators to pulse the business.
• Lead upstream process simplification initiatives to remove barriers to execute and improve speed and quality of execution.
• Support initiatives to drive variable cost productivity and opportunities to scale & optimize fixed costs.
• Assist in standardizing finance processes and MOS day-to-day execution with meaningful performance analysis for leadership.

Job description

The role will lead the BA SW finance transformation and work with cross-functional team on key initiatives, transition/expand to data-based predictive analytics, define leading-lagging indicators to pulse the business, lead upstream process simplification initiatives to remove barriers to execute and improve speed and quality of execution, support initiatives to drive variable cost productivity, opportunities to scale & optimize fixed cost and support finance process standardization.

The role will also be responsible for supporting the global transformation of business operations which will include HBOC global rollout, HCE perimeter shift/Software Acceleration, Digital service offering management (software, Forge, Verticals), and Special projects

These responsibilities include but are not limited to drive financial landscape, speed, topline growth, and efficiencies through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role will play a key role in setting up the financial structure (including SAP setups, sku mapping, profit centers, LOB structure as necessary) for P&L management and to satisfy virtual P&L reporting requirements. It will also be deeply involved in managing the financial performance and implementing key finance strategies for committed business performance. This position will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of the Management Operating System (MOS) and provide the Service leadership team with meaningful performance analysis, insights, and recommendations. The role will be based out of Atlanta – with frequent exposure to the HBS & BA leadership team.
