Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process within Adaptive, including timeline management, detailed operating budget development, and delivery of executive‑ready materials.
  • Maintain and enhance Adaptive models, assumptions, workforce planning inputs, and reporting structures to improve forecast accuracy and planning scalability.
  • Develop and enhance next‑generation dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze quantitative data to develop insights that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and disciplined cost management.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with business leaders and finance peers to promote best practices, improve financial processes, and drive continuous improvement across FP&A.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues from different functions, regions, and backgrounds. Demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal customers.
  • Utilizing solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interoperate data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
  • Technical ability to build automated and interactive dashboards in QlikSense.
  • Ability to reconcile data across systems and implement data controls
  • Possesses initiative, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, a positive attitude and ability to perform as a team player.
  • Interfaces effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization.
