The Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and decision support across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and managing operating expense forecasts, performing variance analysis, and evaluating capital investment opportunities. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Telecom or tech industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
