Job summary

Amplitude seeks a Senior Field Marketing Manager, East Region, to own regional marketing strategy and partner with Sales to generate pipeline. You will craft data-driven campaigns, events, and ABM programs, collaborating across Marketing and Sales to accelerate opportunities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in SaaS with Enterprise/Commercial sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a regional marketing strategy with measurable pipeline/revenue impact.
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership on territory plans and integrated programs.
  • Strong project management skills; capable of managing multiple campaigns/events.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% for events and engagements.
  • Hybrid work from NYC office (2–3 days/week).

About The Role & Team

The North America Field Marketing team is responsible for driving regional growth by creating marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, East Region , you will own the field marketing strategy across one of Amplitude's most important territories, partnering closely with Sales leadership to identify opportunities, influence regional priorities, and deliver programs that create measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while remaining hands-on in execution. You'll combine data, creativity, and strong business partnership to develop innovative campaigns, events, executive experiences, and account-based programs that help our teams engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey. You\'ll be a great addition to the team if you have

At a minimum, you need to have:
  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably supporting Enterprise or Commercial sales organizations within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success owning a regional marketing strategy that contributed measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to develop territory plans and execute integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35% for regional events and customer engagements.
  • Ability to work from our New York City office on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week).

New York City salary range: $200,000 - $301,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
