FTK Hospitality DC in Baltimore is seeking a Facilities Director to lead new build, renovation, and buildout projects across our restaurant, retail, and hospitality venues. The role requires 5+ years in construction management, strong communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and scheduling tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in retail and/or hospitality new build projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction codes, contracts, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing project deadlines.
• Ability to travel regularly — primarily within East Coast markets, with some travel to the Midwest required.
