Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at one of our largest healthcare accounts in Gainesville, FL. As Senior Executive Chef, you will lead patient dining, retail, and catering, drive menu innovation, and uphold the highest standards of food

Competenze

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hotels, country clubs, restaurants, higher education, or contract foodservice.
• Strong leadership, menu development, catering, and financial management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
