Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a dedicated EP Mapping Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. This remote role requires residing within the territory and traveling to accounts to support CAS products and procedures.

You will provide clinical and technical training to physicians, educate hospital staff, and collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities. A valid driver's license and travel of 25–50% are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree with 6+ years, or bachelor’s degree with 4+ years.
• Preferred: degrees in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences or technical disciplines with four years in cardiac field.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians on EP mapping and CAS products.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on CAS products and procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of CAS products.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer training for mapping and CAS solutions.
• Serve as Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and staff.
• Travel within territory to support accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national,regionaland territory salesobjectivesto achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, RegionalManagerand Area Directors toidentifypotential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staffregardingMedtronic CAS products,serviceand support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient inthe mappingtechnology.

Required Qualifications

• High school diplomaPLUSa minimum of 8 years ofrelatedwork experience incardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degreePLUSa minimum of 6 years ofrelatedwork experience incardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelordegree plus a minimum of 4 years ofrelatedwork experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of fouryearswork experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinicor sales.
• Proventrack recordwith technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical salesprovidingtechnical / clinical support.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation
• Are required tobe within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise
• Will on occasion berequiredto travel outside of their assigned territory andpossibility overnight
• Must be able to driveapproximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
• Musthave a valid driver’s license
• Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone,keyboardand mouse, visually able to interact with personal computers
• Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
