Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience.
• 10+ years as a software engineer with hands on programming.
• 3+ years of experience as an Architect.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with a public cloud provider (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and conduct technical training sessions.
• Lead hybrid software development teams and hands-on modernization work.
• Perform technical assessments and create technical estimates, proposals and contract terms.

As an Architect II, you will involve engaging directly with clients, conducting technical training sessions on GitHub Copilot and platform, conducting technical assessments, leading hybrid software development teams, and hands‑on work in application modernization, migration, AI solutions, DevOps, and cloud practices. We will count on you to play a critical role in our technical pre‑sales process, having early discovery calls from clients to understand their needs, creating technical estimates, proposals, and technical contract terms. Along the way, you will get to:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing scenarios
• Demonstrable experience and expertise in several of the following areas:
  • Architect best practice solutions on Azure that leverage cloud-native services, ensure security and scalability, and align with client requirements
  • Migration and modernization of on-premises applications to cloud platforms
  • Design and create AI enabled applications and integrating Azure AI Services.
  • Agentic software development patterns, emphasizing client education regarding the advantages of agentic development, as well as seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency of internal processes.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ total years industry experience
• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands on programming
• 3+ years of experience as an Architect
• 4+ years of professional hands‑on experiencewith a public cloud provider.Microsoft Azure is preferred; additional knowledge of AWS, and/or GCP is also highly valuable

The base salary range for this position is typically $180,000 to $200,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
