Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance is seeking a Sr Engineering Technician to support engineering projects with advanced technical expertise and innovative solutions. You will report to the Engineering Manager on a hybrid schedule and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

You will perform high-volume testing, troubleshoot, and document time/motion studies to improve efficiency while contributing to cross-functional teams and continuous learning in a leading aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related field experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting preferred.

As a Sr Engineering Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in supporting engineering projects by applying advanced technical expertise and providing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager location on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and success of engineering projects by delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• High volume repetitive testing of Commercial and Military precision Hydraulic/Pneumatic High pressure testing in fluid power. Able to lift to 35lbs.

• Previous testing and troubleshooting experience is preferred. Individuals who is self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.

• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

• Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in performance of maintenance, production, clerical, and other worker operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma

• 4-6 years of experience in related field

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $83,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
