• Familiarity with Process Safety Management - Management of Change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering capital and sustaining projects across refinery and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and startup activities.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and resource plans to support business and operational objectives.
• Monitor project performance, risks and deliverables to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for complex engineering and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Support project value proposition development, cost forecasting and capital planning activities.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving efforts related to engineering design, execution and functional integration.
• Review engineering deliverables, technical specifications and project documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.

This role drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and operational standards.
