As a Senior Engineer in Photolithography Process Development, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing advanced lithography processes for future DRAM technologies. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical process development efforts, collaborate with equipment and material suppliers, and apply data-driven approaches to solve complex technical challenges. You will have significant ownership of process roadmaps while contributing to innovative solutions that support Micron’s technology goals.
